Course Description - Earn 32 hours of course credit. No prior training or experience by the student in Magnetic Particle Inspection is required.
Fundamental Level I & II material is presented, starting with basic theory of Magnetism and going through its many applications for the testing of ferrous materials.
Exceeds the coverage for Level I & II training recommended by The American Society for Nondestructive Testing for Level II qualification, except for
the "hands-on" aspect. This course also meets the requirements of NAS-410. Lesson by lesson progress is monitored by a certified Level III instructor, and a certificate is issued on successful completion.
Our online courses meet the requirements for "Body of Knowledge" and "General Test" recommendations as outlined in SNT-TC-1A and NAS-410.
